Taught by Mary Bechtle-Clamp of Sacred Steps, this class is based on the American Musing Technique.  This technique includes movements and studies from the early American Dance Tradition specifically with studies in Isadora Duncan, Ruth St. Denis, and Martha Graham - along with American Tribal Fusion Dance, specifically the aesthetics of Mardi Love along with the bold theatrical and frail movement of Eiko Otake.  The class enriches the dance journey by strengthening your life emotionally, physically and spiritually.  No previous dance required.  Wear appropriate clothing that allows for maximum movement.  Bring a water bottle and we dance without the hindrance of footwear.
